THE MACHINE
You have arrived. But arrival is only the beginning. Now comes the machinery of rebuilding a life: resumes, interviews, rejections, forms, documents, rent, schools, appointments, deadlines. A person who once had experience, routines, relationships and a clear place in society suddenly has to prove themselves again. The system keeps moving. The human being tries not to become part of the machine.
Rebuilding is rarely dramatic from the outside. It is repetitive, administrative and exhausting: another form, another application, another explanation of who you are and what you can do. THE MACHINE turns that pressure into rhythm, asking how a person can enter a new system without letting the system flatten the person inside it.
